I have a tailgate & door.. Bit of rust but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Dont know if be viable to post from Syd though.

What ended up happening with the availability of the RA2X series fibreglass parts, I couldn't find where that thread when the forums were reorganised.
PM me with the details if you can so that it doesn't clogg the thread.
Sorry about the hijack Sean, but I've only just remembered who knew where these bits were.
Best of luck with the project though, I can't wait to see this one out on cruises. It's about time Sleeka had a rival!

Hi Sean...
You should have mentioned you wanted these parts on the CCC cruise on Sunday.
I have a almost perfect RA28 tailgate sitting here i do want to sell.
The only problem it has is a tiny bit of rust in an easy to fix place (its not around the window seal).
I also have TA22 doors that will fit the RA28 (will need RA28 glass though).

Fiberglass guards sounds good but the car has to be all steel to compeat in shows..but thats a good suggestion munki
Ill see how parts go in Adelaide before i go interstate..Ill keep you in mind ChuckLandwehr

Um i dont know if its any help but i have a spare drivers door 
has a very small ding in the centre and slight rust in the bottom corner like usual.. proably fixable i just found a slightly better one..
So it is not needed and is just taking up space at mine if u ever need a drivers side.. has winder mechanism and ra23 glass i think, and top crome trim

im in the same boat, i hate to hijack, but anyone have doors and left guard for ra28??
obviously Bluewire has first preference
