Twin-Cam external timing chain tensioner

In great need of an external timing chain tensioner, the bolt looking thing that sticks out the head of a 2TGEU, 3TGTEU or 18RGEU. If anyone could sell one to me it would be greatly appreciated. I'm in Adelaide, but won't hesitate to pay postage/COD costs.
