Throttle body

Is there a larger throttle body I can replace on the 5sfe with? One that has all the same hose connections, bolts straight on, but has a wider throttle? Would the one off the 3vz-fe be suitable for what I want?
Thanks.

depending on the year of the motor, i'd look at the 3sge or the 3sgte t/b - should be bigger, but doubt it will just bolt on (because it is larger, blot pattern will be different!)

Yeh man, i have a turbo manifold for a 5sfe with a T88 atatched, Its all good. U just "Bolt" it on and then Set the boost to around 30psi, These motors have "Quick Release" Bottom ends, so you can put the Forged pistons in. (then wind the boost to 50psi)
I also have a NAWWWZZZ kit available, It fits perfectly IN the engine bay just infront of the T88, If your lucky i might be able to find that damn Mack Truck Intercooler which fits perfectly Behind the Front bumper (without Removal) it just slots straight in, The apolo allready has mounting points for this intercooler to slot straight in.
Just make an offer on the above goods and there all yours (at a good price of course)!

Just KIDDING!... hehe...

C'mon. Really, this can't be too hard. I'm not playing with stuff that's too NEW here am I?
Hopefully that will pull out some serious folk to take the challenge.

Not wanting to diss you nor your engine, but the 5S-FE is hardly a tunable engine (well, not the extent of a 1JZ-GTE lets say). You will always have trouble finding performance parts for it.
I had enough trouble finding performance parts for a 3VZ-FE when I had one. Buying a car with a standard 1JZ-GTE has opened up a great world of mods for me now... if only I could afford to do them (currently a student)

Apollo,
Mate a bigger throttle body is not a new mod by any means but to get one that bolts on might be asking a bit much. But hey you never know your luck !
