The SAFC is spliced into your current computer harness and it adjusts the input/output of the signals so that you can run the car leaner or richer.
There is a fair bit of info on google if you want to check it out. A good way to avoid paying for a whole new computer and loom if you just want to increase your boost or turbo size a bit.

Dont take this the wroneg way but i knew that. I was more after how tune-able ect
So i'd need someone with a bit of auto-electriction knowledge to install it then? And it will go into a JZA70 yeah? just generic wiring? How did you find it? easy to use? effective? On a side note why the upgrade?
Very interested (sorry for the excess Q's but i like to find out as much as possible) but i need my TT first, If its still there next week or the following one i'll take it!

sorry, I thought it was a bit of a basic question. didn't mean to insult your intelligence.
The wiring is really easy, a friend in perth did it all himself and he is fairly useless with these things, just a bit of nip and tucking to intercept the AFM signal before it gets to the computer. My friend used his to upgrade his RB20 skyline with a RB25 turbo. I haven't used this one yet, I just decided that for the price I might aswell get the newer one that looks a bit fancier. The airflow signal is adjustable by +-50% across 5 different rev intervals, and I think it just draws a straight line between the points. the points are 800, 2400, 4000, 5600 and 7200 rpm.

Back up for sale again.
Seeing how much someone else was trying to charge for one of these on here I think this is a bargain price including postage.
