i recently wired up all my electronic ignition to replace the old points setup
it all went well and wired up neatly, but for some reason it has no spark!
would anybody have a wireing diagram or something to help out?
the coil is getting power, and the ignitor has a good earth.
the plugs on the ignitor are as follows
16- blue and red wire to coil negative
15- red wire to coil positive
3- brown wire to dizzy
7- black wire to dizzy
thanks!! jesse

Your wires to the igniter are correct as long as brown from the dizy is positive to pin 3 , try reversing pin 3 & 7 connections also try clossing the air gap on the pickup .

i tried swopping 3 and 7, still no spark, i am pretty sure they are the right way around because 3 and 7 have diffeent sized pins, they only fit on one way.
will try closing the air gap this arvo, and other ideas peoples?
it's the 2tgeu dizzy with the 2 black plastic boxes inside it, and the coil/ignitor are off a 3tgte (not standard) if that helps
