Hi,
Geeee, that's a sweet looking ass-end of an old GT Celica. 
That's an RA25 model Celica. It was the predecessor to the RA28 model. The RA25 was never exported and that's why you don't see many around.
You can buy these rear-lights, if you're very lucky, on eBay Japan - but I don't think they're too cheap. They will fit in the RA28 with a little bit of mods. Also, the fuel filler was in the centre on the RA25. The centre flap pulled down, where as on the RA28 the fuel filler is on the side. So, you'll have to also try and get the centre flap. All up, it's a three-piece unit - the left side lights, the right side lights and the centre flap.
If you think the rear lights are nice - check out the fluted bonnet on the RA25.

yeah, iv never seen one but i like what i see from pics.
ebay sounds like a good idea, ill have a look

Finding those lights on ebay is highly unlikely...so just stick to Yahoo Japan.
