How do you remove a VN Commdore rear bumper bar?

Hey All,
I know it's a Toyota forum but I am stuck... Just pretend it's a VN Lexen 
My Mum has had a mishap with the family car and I can't remove the rear bar. Does anyone have an idea?

flick out the 2 reflectors to access the mounting bolts. chances are the stupid plastic mounting clips on the sides have broken and are a prick to get back on properly. most panels shops hust urethane the bumper back on.

I should have specified that it's a sedan... not the wagon/estate...

HEHE,
Its like asking whether a toyota is better than a commodore on a commodore site... 
U'll either got NO response, or not very pleasant ones hehe...
I reckon u should have called the post "Re: How do you remove a 1991 Lexcen rear bumper bar?"

Yeah I as you could see i put VN Lexcen in the body of the message, it got it off. It's amazing what hotwater and some planks of wood does to the bumper... You don't know if it was bent except the paint flakes all over the place... Oh well

how to remove a commodore bumper
keep slamming the ass end into a tree till either the tree falls over of the bar comes off
