HELP 4agze crank angle sensor

Hi i was just wondering if anybody could help me any help would be much appreciated.
I own a 1984 Ae86 australian delivered toyota sprinter and have done a 4agze conversion from a AE92 half cut. Its the air flow metered version.
Anyways Ive done the conversion with one of my friends and its in and all wired up ready to start but the computer is not sending power to the crank angle sensor and therefor there is no spark or injectors, we haven't touched it since it left the half cut and the comps got power.
So i was just wondering if any one else who has done the conversion has had the same trouble or any suggestions
