It is not out of a MX62 (1982->1985 Cressida). For a few reasons, MX62's were never released as manuals in aus, and if they were they sure as hell wouldn't have come with R154's  And R154's only came behind 7M-GTE's with a M series bellhousing.
Are you sure it isn't out a MA70?

yea woops my bad i dunno y i put r154 from an MX62. Its an Auto box from an MX62 that was on a 5MGE tho
