coronas, celica (ra23/ra40), hilux used 18RC - possibly hiace?

for southside, try capalabah wreckers - mrDOHC may know of other suitable wreckers around logan/springwood area - there's one or two wreckers at acacia ridge & archerfield but reputation is unknown.

I got a complete 18rc sittin in my front yard, carby on it is like brand new, my step dad had it (the carby) rebuilt for some ungodly price before I got my hilux from him.

There is a 4x4 wreckers at rocklea/acacia ridge, be careful buyin anything from them that isnt water proof, they went under water not so long ago lol.

Capalaba wreckers are rude asshats and generally overcharge, bayside 4x4 dismantlers at hemmant are pretty good, they are the next one down from boss wreckers.

sorry about the lack of detail - i'm never been good at remembering model codes. I usually go to yard where i can wander thru the stacks looking for familiar stuff.

The ABC yard at wacol tends to have a fair selection of older toyotas - tho it (and the others i go to) are slowly being poluted with 3S and 2S powered wrecks.

cheers... thanks for that, shoulda guess it'd be all the 'r' series cars Razz oh well... thinking cap next time... i'm on the south side... yeronga to be precise, so sailsbury is probably closest, or that one at rocklea/archerfield DKM or something like that... anyhow, i'll ring around, hopefully have the parts by the end of the day...

btw... MR DOHC... is that a company name? 'cause i saw a car at work it's got a "MR DOHC" sticker on the back... i think it's a RAV4... dark green... can't be sure never paid that much attention, but i knew i'd seen MR DOHC somewhere else, now i know...

next question... don't suppose anyone would have a twin cam head, timing cover and assorted parafanailia, carbys etc
