I had similar problems... I looked at fabricating my own to suit.. In the end due to sticking to group N rules, I bought off toyota, and strangly they did have the elbow I needed in stock interstate. Anyway, they are a pain to get, and Toyota charge a fortune.
If you Don't need/wan't to stay stock, it should be easy enough to find someone to fabricate what you need. Me, I would have it all re-made in Mandrel bent tube, rather than the round then oblong than round setup from the factory. Most Exhaust Places should be able to help make something like that, and cost should not be too bad. You will also end up with less air distortion, and better flow into the compressor housing.
Anyway.. Best of Luck!

Oh.. Forgot to Mension, if you get an exhaust place to do the fabrication.. make sure you pre-order some samco, or similar silicon hoses, just the kind to join lengths. These will be needed so the engine can still move seperate from the AFM(house on the chassis). Just measure what size you will need from the inlet of the compressor housing, and insure you order that in inside diameter, so it goes over the size you have fabricated.
