need settings for head studs and cam shaft bridges. any help greatly appreciated

for the studs with engine oil lube its 120ft/lbs from memory

Hope you dont mean head bolts..they're not 120ft/lbs!! Toyota recommends 58ft/lbs but many agree they should be torqued around 70, general figure is 72ft/lbs.

As for the camshaft bridges look here:
