Hey Guys,
Due to Lara moving out i'm looking for a house mate !

The room i've got to let is:
4x4.5m, It's been recently (last year) repainted.
has new blinds too !
The border will also have their own bathroom as there is 2 in the house and i dont need 2!
I've also got a 20'x50' shed that is available for car storage / work.
I'm on 11.6 acres so there is plenty of room about the place !
looking for about $70/week + services ?
i'm open to negotiation !

Toodyay is about 85km from Perth. (in a east north east sort of direction)
