i know there are several brake upgrades that have been done for the ra28 but i have a gz20 sitting here and was thinking the brakes may be able to be fitted.
anyone know if it can be done??
id rather see if anyone knows anything about it before i pull it all appart to find it wont work.
also have just got an rn25 diff if thats of any relevence

the question is... will you be converting the diff to 4 stud, or converting the fronts to 5 stud?

im doing this stuff atm too...

You could adapt it, but there are much better options available for no more effort. GZ20 brakes aren't anything special.

Sell the GZ Soarer rotor's and calipers and raise the money for a Corona/Hilux/Pug combination, very well covered in this forum billions of times.
If you really must try the Soarer stuff (which is very unlikely to fit) compare the rotor thickness, height and centre hole diameter with a Pug 605 rotor, and then compare the Soarer caliper with a Hilux one. If they all match up you can use them.

Oh...
He was talking about the Hilux calipers, Pug rotors, Corona struts front brake conversion.

Or in my case Hilux calipers, pug rotors, corona struts, crown hubs, corolla inserts & possibly sprinter coilovers Smile
