any 1 have a lowered lexus es300????? Fri, 11 February 2005 06:51 Go to next message
ok need a bit of help on something,
a mate of mine has a lexus es300 (94ish mod) its been lowered 2inches and rides on 19s but yet the car still sits a bit high. anyone know a good ride height which will allow the wheels to fill the guards?

we have thought about going 4,1/2 on the back and 4 on the front but no 1 wants to do a job like this (will ride like a gemini without springs)

Besides being highly illegal, your handling will go out the window.

It will get defected the first second a cop sees it.

If that is the ride height, leave it. That car is dead sexy, love the wheels too. Was gonna get one back in the day, but i needed a reliable cheap car, which has still had too much money spent on it Confused

P.S On second thoughts just whack in some airbags...Booyah!

thats the rideheight!.......... defects aren't a prob, but it really looks gay being that high, we've seen lower but when asking the owner how much did he go he replied "i cut them myself", we've found some one who will drop it a even 3.5 all around, we've considered airbags but funds aren't that easily accessable ($5000 for airbags!!).

ill throw some pics up of the finished product as soon as its done.
