I belive so as no car Aussie delivered came with a 20v. Engineer Certificate's generaly cost around $250-$300,But that will depend on what mods you have done!

In that case then it will not cost much to engineer.Bigger brakes dont cost any extra on the certificate as the engineer will normaly want a brake upgrade done anyways!

They start at about $250 for engine only, then they go up from there, it will depend on what else is done to your car,to how much it will cost . I will be looking at paying around$500-$600 for my car when it is finished.(my car is an ET pulsar that has had nearly every part of it modified,eg: body kit, Engine conversion, 280mm twinspot frontbrakes,No door handles + a few other things that will need to be engineered )
