T-18 diff into Sprinter? Is it LSD?	Fri, 11 February 2005 08:48

Hey all, I am not 100% on the information i got but i heard that toyota t-18 diff's are LSD's. Would these fit in the sprinter? Is it worth it or should i get something more expensive? My friend also wants an LSD for his RA60 and has the same option in mind. [Report message to a moderator]

the t-18 has a T-series diff housing that will suit many aftermarket centres. yes they do fit the sprinter. you'll find PLENTY of stuff on it here if you use the search function. should be posted in the techs forum as well. [Updated on: Fri, 11 February 2005 09:25] [Report message to a moderator]

no they arent LSD however you can put an LSD centre in there, whereas there are no lsd centres available for the standard sprinter s series. So, buy a t18 diff, put a lsd centre in, put in sprinter. and expect to pay $1k+ for a new aftermarket lsd centre [Report message to a moderator]
