Might as well lay it on the line for you Nathan.
I was getting a couple of quotes for my brother-in-law last week, he's after the following gear.

Intel P4
Motherboard
512Mb ram
80gig HD (7200rpm)
ge-force 4
sound blaster
CDRW combo drive
3.5 inch floppy
mini tower
400w power supply
Win XP

Do not require monitor, keyboard, mouse, other software, any other crap. He plans on using dual LCD 17" screens down the track. Hardware is required for use with high-end DJ gear, hence the big HD.
