A few days ago i just bought myself a speco oil pressure gauge (mechanical) for my 2TG, inside the box it comes with nuts and bolts etc but where im stuck is, the bolt that comes in the box for you to install onto the block doesnt fit so ive been looking for an alternative at hardware stores, plumber stores to find something similar but with no luck.. any suggestions?
thanks

ahhhh, yes it happens to a lot of people
"it doesnt fit" which is common with gauge
senders. the fitting is probably designed for
the most common fit, adapters are avaliable
from speco to adapt your fitting to your block
whatever you do dont force the wrong thread in lol
http://www.speco.com.au/gauges_ad.html
usually repco can sort you out

Is there a way to work out what range the sender is?
I have a factory oil pressure gauge on my dash, and I want to wire it up. Problem is that with the engine change I'm planning, the sender is too big for the new block.
Also, the new block never came with an oil pressure sender, just the dead engine light, where should I fit a sender?
