the gt4 is 25mm thick, i think the st184 are the same depending on the year my st183(1989) was only 15mm

well I have an ST184 radiator with thermo fan attached it is a 2 core 25mm thick, originally bought it for my GT2 conversion. but didnt fit in the ST162.
let me know if it will work for you. but I am quite sure they are the same as the GT4 ST185.
