Id doubt they fit a sprinter with a +45 offset sprinter is closer to +20-25 offset

no way they'd fit the sprinter with that offset. you'd need at minimum, a 20mm spacer just to clear the struts.

this size & offset is close to nissan bluebird (but not quite correct) , but not much else. It is almost a front drive wheel, but the werong stud pattern for most. I have a set of 3 piece watanbes I bought for $400 set off an import VR4 (they needed painting) and I have them on a historic race car. good luck!!
