20v idle PROBLEMS

Attention Bill sherwood, Jason or anyone that knows for that matter:
I have an idle problem on my 20v, it idles at about 1100 - 1300 rpm, how do i tune it back down to the recommended 850 rpm??
Also what oils do you fellas recommend for the engine and box?? Do you also recommend genuine toyota oil filter or is an after market one ok??
Finally: and the tough one: how do you change the AFM to a MAP sensor, or is it possible to add the black top MAP parts to change it or will it be a nightmare??
Thanks for all the help

nah it was actually connected.
there was an extra valve on the power steer pump which applied more acceleration when on full turn. So just blocked it off and idles fine around 700rpm.
