I'm gonna ask a stupid question here, but is this the same for all 1g- rocker covers? (IE the NA/Supercharger/Turbocharged ones?) and, is that a toyota part number I can simply ring up and order from any toyota dealer or does it have to be castle hill toyota?

Couldn't find it in my pics. Was pretty sure I got it from EPC anyway, so from that the part number is:
11213-88341

It looks different to the original one. The original one was more rigid and kind of a T-shape, the new one is softer and squishes down instead.

It's a Toyota part number, so long as the person on the phone isn't a dick and tells you it doesn't exist, they should be able to get it, even if it's ex-Japan.

do you really need to replace it.

I replaced my ones but when i went to change it I realised that the philips head screws were loose.

if I was to do it again I'd take out all the philips head screws and throw them in the bin and get a propper bolt or allen head bolt. so you can actually tighten it up..

Yeah, I'd seriously be questioning whether or not you really needed to. Mine were like $50 each. Mine definetly needed replacing though, they were cracked right through in multiple spots, and the engine had been covered in a mist of oil.

Yep, thats what I meant with it being different. The original ones were superceded, the one I gave you was for the updated part.
