With regard to the rubber boots, you should be able to buy these from any auto parts store. They will very likely be identical to an MA70 one, but bring a sample to be sure.
As for main seals, a bearing shop will have these. Of course they won't have a listing so you'll need to bring in a sample or at least have some dimensions for them to work from (inner/outer diameter, depth).
Search the forums for engine mounts....it has been covered. They are quite expensive from Toyota ($300 each rings a bell), but there were some posts recently about cheaper alternatives.

Well I work at repco in Bunbury, as like most stores we have books on almost anything, so rip all of the stuff out and then go and match it up, quite easy.

It pays to buy genuine stuff when it comes to seals. Rack boots you can get the $10 universal ones and just fit them.

HAHahAHAHAHAHA oh thats funny.
When was the last time a seal (or bearing for that matter) was made by Toyota?
Toyota use Koyo, and then charge 300% more than a bearing place.

damnit i forgot about this thread and have since bought rear main, cam and crank seals, timing belt and some othe shiznit all genuine (trade price) that totalled over $160.
at least i know its gonna fit eh
i might take the seals down to transeals and get them to replicate them all and mass produce them, then flog them off here cheap!
or maybe not.

I took my existing 1jz rear main into the local bearing shop, and $10.80 later I had a new one.
I'll list the part numbers of both the old and new at some stage.
Cheers

small update:
i ended up buying genuine seals including, 2 cam seals, crank and rear main seals, did cost abit, i think the rear main was $60 or something crazy like that, but i didnt have the time to look for substitutes, interestingly enough i think they gave my a 2jz rear main, seemed to fit ok.
i still plan on taking my old seals in to get replicated for the future.
as for rack boots i just went to repco and bought generic rack boots for like 10 bux each, they fit nice and tight.
and engine mounts i found a bloke in the u.s with a 2nd hand set from a low km jza70 front cut, i was very skeptical but compared to genuine newies they were dirt cheap, $50 for both including metal brackets and bolts, ive fitted them myself prior to installing a gearbox, and even after tilting the motor to fit the box they still held up, if they were weak or ready to pop they would have then.
when these do let go ill take my dead ones to woodsies windscreens in perth who are confident they can remake them. which should work out cheaper than genuines.
