	Hey guys and gals,

I've finally got some work coming with a bit of money in it and i'm thinking i might finally be able to afford my dream car, the Mark 4 Supra.

Just needing to know, if i'm getting an auto (for affordability) how do i tell if it was TT standard? Cause normally i figure that by the 6-speed. Also is there and particular model i should be looking for? I will only be able to afford about 25k, is this doable? Would a manual TT be possible?

Thanks for your patience.

check the VIN plate on the firewall

if the engine code says 2JZ-GTE then it is a factory TT

Have a search. Someone on here was selling an auto RZ (that's twin turbo) for around 28k. That's a really good price. You can find SZ (non-turbo) ones for around 25k with bodykits but I'd rather have twin turbo than a bodykit

You'll find a manual SZ easily for 25k

Yeah i only want the TT. Would it be cheaper to buy an auto and convert it, or save the extra and get a manual?

pay the extra, get a manual.. DEFINITLY

manuals usually go for around $30k.. go through a private buyer - mate of mine saved around $9k just by going through a private buyer
