sorry should have been more specific, i know what needs to be done, just no how to get there, eg, new fuel lines, how do i tell which one is the intake and which is the return, i believe i can retain the origional return line from the celica, but need a new main line.
whats a good oil cooler to use, do i need one???
i will be needing a sparky for wiring as i dont want risk shorting stuff out.
do i need to use the origional air intake system??

un bolt it in the engine bay and you can bend it round the other side.
ofcourse this is alot easier without the motor fitted.
also heard/seen guys run it from one side of engine bay to other. I dont like the fuel being on the hot side of the motor though.

You get "bundy tube" from a place like pirtek or enzed, you can buy it by the metre, its a copperc oated steel, and you can bend it with your hands. You'll need those little clip things that have a bolt or screw hole on one side, and wrap around on themselves with rubber in the middle, um, I don't know ho to explain it better, a company called WURTH makes them, you open them up, put the hose or tube through them. or even wiring, then close them back up and screw them to wherever you want, and the rubber holds them firm but cushioned.
Simply use the feed line that was there as a return, and make a 3/8" feed line to run up top the engine. You'll need a pipe cutter, a flaring tool for the ends, and possibly a little hand bender to do it neatly, all available from supercheap rather inexpensively.

Couldnt have said it better myself, though i am a little sceptical about using copper coated steel as a fuel line as i dont think that they are a multi rolled tube like bundi is, hence no protection (so ive heard). All manufacturers use bundi tube for the fuel supply lines and id say vehicle manufacturs know a lil something about fuel systems . Please correct me if i am wrong about the copper steel.

The Bundi tube that these guys sell/use is safe to a few thousand psi as far as I know, they use it for some hydraulic stuff, but its definately up to the job, i've seen brake lines and fuel systems we built 5 or 6 years ago still fine, so it should be easy as.

Check out Sixworks or Sideshow for wiring though; an autoelec is likely to stuff it up or charge you heaps.
