Does anyone know a good company who imports cars? Coz I am looking to get a 1990 BMW 750il from HK. My friend picked up one over there for $4500 in perfect condition except a dodgy fan belt. I know they chew petty but it would be sweet to cruise around in a shmick V12 bimmer. Any help would be appreciated.

nope.....$4500.....guarantee it....why do you think I want one so bad....they look sweet too...220kw from a 5.0lt V12...all electric (including rear seats). The cheapest I have found in Australia is 11k thats why I wanna get prices for importing it. The mate of mine who has one is putting NOS on it so look out for it at Eastern Creek. Or his Supercharged Mustang Cobra (used to have the NOS on it) 330KW AT THE WHEELS!!...Ill see if I can get the dyno sheet.
The bimmers are hard to get from HK though coz u have to live there for a year b4 u can go over, buy one and bring it back so im gonna get my mate to do it Very Happy

This is where you can have a look at the bimmer

I got my 190E from Hong Kong. 84 model, body kit, lorinser suspension, newer 16" Merc wheels and a few other goodies for around $4200 including freight from Hong Kong. The car needs to be older than 15 years to be able to be registered without a compliance plate, however that years ADR's still need to be met.

(edit)
Sorry missed out on your last post. As a private import, the car needs to be owned and driven for a year. Proof of this needs to be supplied before they will allow to import it.
