Don't ask me about the red letters but the 2nd green letters read 'Radiator Coolant' in Katakana.

so it could just be what brand/type of radiator coolant was put in it, (it's purple, yes purple, not the toyota red coolant) I thought it was something to do with the radiator or with the a/c, being stuck on the front end of the engine bay just infront of the radiator.
