Radio is the way to go. Pitty I'm in Melb so I can't hear it.
My b/f band were on radio not long ago and they managed to get a few fans out of that.

Weve also been selected out of 1300 songs to go down to the music awards cause we are the top 5 finalists. We are hoping for more than just a few fans cause we already have that. Its more someone who is willing to put out the $50k or so that is needed to do this thing properly. Anyone can make a cheap demo, recording, but to sell it and promote it, you need 50k for that alone.
Anyhow... i don't like the single they picked for nova so i'm hoping they will play the acoustics more  Stay tuned.

yeah, b/f band have only been together since March. As 2 of the guys are from NZ they don't have many mate's here to support them at gigs, but they still get a decent croud. They're looking to make their second EP soon. They're also getting fairly regular gigs around Melb at high profile venus. You have to start off somewhere.

Heard you on Nova a few days ago. I think they played a song called She Dancer. Nice love song. Singer sounds a little like that guy from Creed.
