3y or 5k maybe? but aisan carbs came out on all makes and models i guess your gonna have to search the serial number?

Its gotta be out of somthing under 20yrs old (1985->now).

Carbs over that age didnt have electric choke, idle cutoff soleniod, etc that it appears to have.
Also look at the wiring connector...
