CT26 with 125k on it, minimal shaft play, in good condition.

Just the turbo, everything else (actuator, oil/water lines) have been re-used on my other turbo.

Ceramic i believe. Don't know how to test if its steel or not.

Well i've heard (this may sound kinda strange, but kinda straight forward) if you put a magnet up to it and if it sticks its steel. If it doesn't then its ceramic.

Minimal shaft play, as in it has shaft play, but didn't stop the turbo doing its job. I had it running at 14psi before i upgrading.
