Nice!
Question: is it mandatory to have that casing around it or is that a little extra you have just added?

my engineer wanted the area between the back seat and the fuel tank blocked off with a piece of metal (which i am still going to do) but this surge box was custom made for me by HiOctant Racing in silverwater
fuel all up:
- surge tank, fuel pump bracket, metal floor and perspex cover cost $300
- all braided fuel lines with modified ends to suit cost $400 (this is a total of 10 lines)
- the VL turbo pump cost me $80
- any metal plates i need i can get for free
brakes all up:
- Z32 rotors $320
- struts shortened and spring seat change $300
- nissan 4pot calipers $300
- struts complete $150
- brake Master Cylinder, after market proportion valve, ball joints and wheel bearings $250
- redrill steering knuckles $100
- brackets $50
- longer wheels studs $50
- normal pads $50
- machine hub $30
- normal shocks $TBA
- brake lines $TBA
so by the time im finished with the fuel system it will cost almost $1000 and the brakes will be bout $2000

Looking good. I have never seen anyone use perspex around the surge tank. Those lines look classy.
