mine gets just over 1 bar with after market exhaust.. hasnt died... yet.. Smile

i wouldnt go much over 1 bar on standard exhasut .but more particularly with standard y section dump pipe . The killer for these turbos is HEAT ...more boost more heat ,remove the restriction problems goes away .

with the twin pipes fitted i have run 1.3 bar now for 5,000 KLM and counting .although i DO NOT recommend running over 1.1 bar without VERY good fuel,cold air induction ,octane booster and a GOOD ear for detonation . On a hot day or with heat soak i run only 1 bar until intake temps drop
