ST202 Beams 3SGE into an SW20? Theoretical and practical possibility?

Because SW20's with the 4th generation Beams 3SGE (200hp) engine were never sold in Australia, would it be possible to swap in a Celica ST202 Beams 3SGE? In terms of gearbox, electrics and exhaust manifolds, is there any abnormal impossibility here?
Both are the red-top version (not the 210hp Lexus RS200 model).
I understand that to use an MR2 gearbox in a FWD Celica, you need to swap the linkages around - would that work in reverse, so that the ST202 LSD gearbox could run in the MR2?

Yeah, that would be the ideal choice...
But the Beams engine I'm concidering may already be an ST202 model. Would it be possible, without any unusual dramas?

that would be ok ,but the alternator bracket is on the inlet side on the sw20 and the celica side is on the exhaust
