the steam pipe bits..2x 90degree 35mm, 2x 35mm tee's, 1x 50mm 90degree, 12mmx500mmx75mm (i think) flat bar, some extra 50mm pipe...cost umm. i would have to find my receipt. but it was bugger all...
if i did it all at once, 2 day's i think would have done it...but i did bits now and then...
i tacked it all together where i wanted it all to go, and my old man used his old mans, read:very old, stick welder..
he did a bloody good job if you ask me..

Looks good.
I wonder how much the varied length pipes would effect power.
How did you cut up the plate?

log manifolds are spose to be good up to 350 hp..
after that equal length...
i used a drop saw to cut it, drilled the bolt holes with my drill, took it to engineering place to get 35mm holes cut into it. it was a drill press thing, with lubricant stuff, and these tipped bit thing's...kinda like hole saw's, but much better...

Great looking manifold!
Good to see you did it yourself. I wanna make turbo manifolds for mine in about 6 months so I might have some questions later.
How much roughly did it cost you in piping/plate? I'd like to do my own as well.
