5K into a KE55 Corolla

How hard is it to do a conversion from the 4K to a 5K? I'm guessing that it should be a bolt up job? If that's the case then the only cost would really be just the engine, and maybe a few replacement hoses etc? Would the exhaust, gearbox and other bits bolt up too?
Is it a worthwhile transplant? How much more power would I get?
