Thing that holds the oil filter on

I have no idea what its called but i need the bolt that holds the oil filter on. I had a sandwich plate for the oil cooler but it got in the way of the engine mount so i have to put the stock one back on. Its for a 4age 16v.
First of all do you understand me?
And second does anyone have one?
