Will APEXi SAFC1 work with MINES ECU? Since the MINES ECU I got is JDM I would still need to fine tune due to external factors like climate, fuel RON rating etc. My engine is a 3rd gen 1G-GTE...

Yes.

The SAFC is an interceptor type device, so you'll need to wire it in before the MiNeS ECU. I've seen it done with a SAFC2 on a Soarer with a MiNeS, so I know it works.
