CT26 with 125k on it, minimal shaft play, in good condition.

Just the turbo, everything else (actuator, oil/water lines) have been re-used on my other turbo.

Ceramic i believe. Don't know how to test if its steel or not.

Just give the turbine a firm tap with a hammer. Should clear things up straight away. Laughing
