1UZ factory management mapping

Does anyone know what the factory mapping for a Crown 1uz is like? Will it get all unhappy and run fiercely rich if I give it a decent exhaust instead of the water pipe sized original thing? And ignition timing, does it retard for gearshifts, and generally run very retarded on cruise etc. anyway?
In other words, am I gonna get anything more out of it (being AFM based), or should I not even bother installing the factory computers?

.. what are you putting the 1UZ in?
Place in Melbourne Carbon Tech Replicas. Were suggesting something like an Autronic computer or something that sounds like that. I'm hoping to run a Delco computer on mine.
Being AFM based you should get gains from a better flowing exhaust.
