im posting this for a friend
it has a 450cc suzuki road bike engine and running gear rack and pinon steering disk brakes 5speed roll cage very quick can be regoed for beach use has lights.

Those engines put out about 45hp, (suzuki GS 450 origen from what I can tell)

Say it weighs 200kg's (?)

That is 167kw/ton,

Which basicaly equates to awesome fun!!
at a cheap price too.
