Im thinking of doing a 3tg turbo in my ra-23, will a TA-23 crossmember bolt in? if so thats good and then will the 3T-GTEU bolt onto to the TA-23 crossmember? has anyone done this conversion, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

using the TA23 crossmember means it has mounts for a t series motor, having been fitted with a 2t

I put a 3t-gte into my RA28 using a ta23 crossmember. But even so the mounts did have to be cut and welded. This was because the 3t uses wider engine mounts than the 2t as the oil return for the turbo runs through the passanger side mount.
Though on a side note I may be selling a 3t-gte with ta23 xmember already modified to fit a ra28.

Ok so a TA23 crossmember bolts into a RA23 but the 3TG engine mounts have to be cut and shit to fit the motor,
another question - will a TA22 crossmember bolt in or can it be fitted at all? my friend has one and finding a TA23 one will be hard in hobart.

Nope, the TA22 is narrower in the front and the crossmember is quite different. You need a TA23 crossmember.
