Hahahaha!!!
I thought I recognised that guy, and sure enough it's Santo Cilauro hiding under the mullet wig and aviator sunnies. It's taken from the travel guide parody site put together by Santo, Rob Sitch, Tom Gleisner et al:

inside tank of fuel is not fuel but love
above us, there is nothing above, but the stars above
all systems gone, prepare for downcount
5, 4, 3, 1 off blast!
fly away in my space rocket
you know it put money in my pocket
the door is closed i just lock it
i put my buttplug in your socket
the sonic sky is red like fire
you and me gets higher and higher
..............................
only thing can stop us is what higher
hey love crusader i want to be your space invader
for you i will descend the deepest moon crater
i is more stronger than darth vapour

for u is venus i iam mars
with u i is richer than all the czars
make a wishes upon the stars
then for u i will play on my cosmic guitars!

i trust uve enjoyed this life as much as these accents
now back on earth is time for downsplash
into sea of eternal glory my spaceship crash
peopel have arrived to cheer me from near and far
and as i float i shout i am worlds biggest washed up superstar

So this dude is some australian comedian?
Some hilarious stuff...
Finnish Eurovision canditates are most often even more sad than this Zlad-guy.

Yes Santo is an Australian comedian and that clip is to promote a book he and his colleagues from Working Dog wrote. It's a parody of a travel guide about a fictional country called Molvania. The Working Dog guys are pretty well known around here, they've produced a few TV shows (eg The Panel) and films (eg The Castle).

Oh and those around my age will remember their "champagne comedy" from The Late Show, many years ago now. Did I mention I'm a huge fan?

Huge fan here too... I still have some full episodes on tape. Could never tape over them now. Been 12 years since the show ended, and I still don't get sick of watching them from time to time.

I have the "Champagne Edition" DVD, it never fails to crack me up. I'm planning to buy the Bargearse and Olden Days DVD's in the near future. Low-budget early-90's comedy rules.

Yeah, I've had that DVD since it was released. I have Bargearse somewhere here on my HDD, and there was a copy of the Olden Days floating around somewhere, but wasn't mine
All total classics!
