"sandwich plate" between 4age (or 4ac too i guess) and t50

I'm trying to get hold of the plate (sorry don't know the correct name) that goes between a 4age and t50 (4a bellhousing, clutch lever on driver's side, starter on passenger). A sheet metal shop botched the mods to the front wheeldrive plate I had rendering it useless.

sorry i'm not familiar with jdm and adm, i can send a pic of my old plate and or bell housing if that helps. as i said the bell housing is stamped 4a and the starter is on the passenger side. thanks for help.
