i used the search menu etc but couldn't find specifically what I'm looking for. I am wanting to know whether aus specs AE86 sprinter with 4AGE engines are fuel injected.i am considering buying one later on this year if i find one to my requirements. Thanks,
i'm 99.9% sure it is fuel injected simply by decoding the engine code.
the "G" part means wide angle sports head And "E" means fuel injection. This is universal code on all toyota engines.
4A is the genaration and family of engine.
Obviously you didn't do much searching, otherwise you'd know the Aus-spec Sprinter didn't come with a 4A-GE. They all have a carbeuretted 4A-C piece of poo.
