Engineers in Perth who will Install Seats

I want to get my ADR Approved seats welded in on the existing MA70 Rails.
Yes they are fixed back buckets and yes i know the MA70 is a two door car, and yes I will take the back seat belts out, however in the interim, does anyone know any good reliable and cheap engineers in perth who will do the work and provide the engineers certificate for the work? (I can get them put in cheap, i just dont want a half-arsed job and i want it legal).
any suggestions?

i dont engineers would do the actual welding for u mate ??
take it to a car seat specialist ... and the engineer generally will have no issues with engineering it

Anyone can do the welding, the engineer just has to approve it.
Give any of the approved engineers a call, see what they have to say.
