7M-GTE is it werth the rebuild? Thu, 03 March 2005 09:22 Go to next message
hello pplz!!

ive always wanted a jza70 supra but being in melb there a bit of a bitch to come across. i no i could do an engine transplant to a 1jz but i would rather spend the money on rebiulding a 7m. 7m powered supras are much more popular to find and would prob be in my price range. i no 7m's have acouple of problems here and there but all you guys that have 7m powered cars, would they be werth the money and time to rebuild?!?

thanks

the 7M is fine once it has the HG issue fixed.

People have built them up way over 1000hp. They are tough.

And yes, they are easier to get parts for.
