Just as the title says what type of diff is in the 1977 KE30 corolla? Its an auto if that matters...
Is it the borgwarner?
Same as the Ke55 diff?

could be either. australian built corollas had the borg warner while japanese built had the banjo.
borg warner has a octagon shaped diff centre housing while a banjo has a circular shaped centre.
the borg warners have the larger drums of the two
