i have a 100kw 4age on my sprinter.. when i start it where it fills inside the car with fuel fumes and also the exhaust the spits out black liquid stuff pretty much like fuel...(this happends when starting up)
can any of you guy pin-point me out what to check out, where i can just tune it myself, which i need to learn btw.
or any of u guys could help me who know that does tunings for 4ages here in melbourne..

Alot of old carbies, even if driven each day, have a lot of soot built up in the exhaust, and when the due settles in it, it liquifys and becomes like unburnt fuel to the eye...
Alls it is, is soot with water in it.
As for the fumes in the cabin, it sounds as though you have an exhaust leak, most likely around the point the headers join the exhaust system
