if i fit in them alright they are not "uber tiny" im about 80kgs if thats any help. and a mate of mine is atleast 100kgs and he fits in `em.

you use your origanl rails, but you need to get a plate each side with a nut welded on then bolt the rails to that, then that to the seat (easier to show picture )
i maybe able to suply the rails, but it would be piss easy to make.
and yes, fit straight in to a ke20.
